HECH Rentals

HECH manages 44 affordable housing units using the HUD home income and rent limits to establish monthly rates.

THIS RENTAL PROGRAM IS AN INVALUABLE RESOURCE FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS STRUGGLING TO FIND SAFE AND SECURE HOUSING. HECH CURRENTLY HAS 117 PEOPLE WHO ARE DIRECTLY BENEFITING FROM THIS PROGRAM WITH SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Eastham Rental Assistance Program

With funds from the Town of Eastham CPC, HECH administers a Rental Assistance Program to income qualified households who live or work in Eastham or who have children attending an Eastham school.  HECH is currently accepting applications for this program. Housing Emergency Loan Program (H.E.L.P.) for Chatham, Eastham, Orleans and Yarmouth

With funds from each town listed above, HECH manages an Emergency Loan program for qualifying homeowners who need emergency home repairs. Please click on the Town above for more information on that Town’s program.

Libby Arnold Stevens Emergency Assistance Program

With funds made available from the Libby Arnold Stevens Trust, HECH provides emergency assistance to residents of Barnstable County who are experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Please contact Kim at call 508-432-0015 x109 or email kim@hech.org.
